Thanks for purchasing IQVIEW products! To protect your rights and interests, IQVIEW Industrial Limited 
hereby makes the following guarantee commitments on IQVIEW products: 

1.IQVIEW products are warranted from the date of Invoice of this product. 

  DVR/NVR/POE IPC: 2 Years Warranty
  4in1 HD-over-coax Camera: 1 Year Warranty
  Wifi IP Camera: 1 Year Warranty

2.Product warranties remain validly provided to the products which were properly installed and used. Defects, 
malfunctions, or failures of the warranted products caused by damage resulting from acts of God 
(such as floods, fire, etc.), environmental and atmospheric disturbances, other external forces such
as power line disturbances, plugging the board in under power, and damage caused by misuse, 
abuse, and unauthorized alteration or repair, are not warranted. 

3.This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement, at IQVIEW’s sole discretion, of the defective
product during its warranty period. 

4.It must be in original packaging with menu and all accessories while returning defective products. 

5.Expense caused by returning defective products will be handled as below: 
Customers bear the freight from their sides to IQVIEW and expense caused by custom in their countries, 
and IQVIEW bears the freight from China to their sides after repair of replacement and expense caused 
by custom in China. 

6.For products failure out of warranty, IQVIEW will charge the cost of the components and parts for 
repairing. In this case, customers bear all the cost and expense caused by transportation and custom. 

7.In many cases, a defective unit can be resolved at customer's location. Please contact us so we can 
diagnose the situation and recommend next steps. Please have the product model number and a 
detailed description of the problem so our support staff can better assist you.
